A. Job Description GRAPHIC DESIGNER (PRINT & WEB):
1. Graphic Designer for Print
- Design and Layout of Brochures, Logos, Posters, T-shirts and other creative materials with mostly print as final output.
- Knowledge of various printing process: offset, inkjet, digital.
- Knowledge of various paper stock
2. Graphic Designer for Web
- Design of graphics for delivery on websites and e-mails.
- Optimization of graphics in size and color for appropriate formats PNG GIF, JPG or PDF formats.
3. Image Manipulation
- Photo retouching and image masking
-General image processing tasks Maintenance and inventory of Digital Images and Photos Catalog.
4. Multimedia support (Flash, Web Video)
- Creation of Flash animations Formatting and upload of Web Video
- Creation of Slide Shows, formatting and upload.
- Creation of Videos using iMovie
B. Qualifications GRAPHIC DESIGNER (PRINT & WEB):
1. Creative. Has an eye for good clean design. Has a knack for presenting information clearly via functional layout.
2. Two (2) years as full time graphic designer using the following programs:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Fireworks
- Adobe Illustrator
3. 1 year as full time layout artist using the following layout programs:
- Quark Xpress
- Adobe InDesign
- Apple Pages (iWork)
4. 1 year experience using the following programs:
- Adobe Flash
- Microsoft Powerpoint
- Apple Quicktime
- Apple iMovie (iLife)
Work is located in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines.
